The development model used in this study is 4D model by Thiagarajan. It was involving 96 high school students of class X in Jember Regency to test the appeal and effectiveness. The instruments used were questionnaires, tests, interviews, and documentation using qualitative and quantitative data analysis. The results of the study showed that: (1) the results of the validation of material experts were 75.7% with "good" eligibility criteria. Linguistic validation results were 80% with "good" eligibility criteria. Validation of media and design experts received 91% with "excellent" eligibility criteria.
